Outpost 4 Group ride on South Holston Mountain- Flat Woods area. Sat April 25, 2020, ready to ride out at 10 am. We will ride Morrell trail to the crest of Holston Mountain and out to the fire tower. This is an in and out ride, approx 4- 5 hours. Morrell trail is a single track trail with a steady grade on switch backs that look out over the mountain side. This trail is somewhat ledgy if you are afraid of heights but footing is adequate and views are beautiful and scenic. If you would like to meet me at Pit Row Wine and Liquor- Gas station( 4073 Hwy 394 Bluff City, TN 37618) to follow to trailhead be there at 9:00 am. Directions to the trail head can be found on BCHET web page under Sullivan-Carter Co trails- Flat Woods.
