Join BCHET for a work day in honor of Earth Day 2022. We’ll meet at the Limestone Cove trailhead and be ready to ride out at 10:00 am sharp. Our target goal is to clear a couple of trees blocking the Dark Hollow loop. We’ll have a certified chainsaw member on hand. We will need some folks to help pile the debris out of the way. We also plan to pick up as much of the miscellaneous trash we can along the way.
The Dark Hollow Loop is approximately 17 miles long. You can ride the whole loop or ride in and out as long as you like. It’s a beautiful ride with a variety of terrain.
Shoes or boots are recommended. Pack a lunch, bring your loppers, hand saws, nippers and gloves and enjoy a day in and out of the saddle making a difference on one of our local trail systems.
